The integration allows GoToMeeting users to enjoy the convenience and efficiency that comes with having an online meeting tool built right in to Salesforce’s CRM platform. You can schedule and start a meeting, and invite others, all from within Salesforce. Once GoToMeeting is launched within Salesforce you can share presentations and run demos for prospects or clients through screen sharing and video conferencing.
GoToMeeting’s Salesforce integration is simple to use. Once your company’s admin installs the app, open any contact, lead, or opportunity page. Then simply click the “New GoToMeeting” button to schedule a future meeting or “GoToMeeting Now” to start a meeting right away. Either way, you can customize the description and pick who to invite before the invitations go out.
